So I have similar stacks in the queue for publishing data from things like MySQL, SQL Server, and even systems such as NetSuite and ServiceNow. I’m using it for Web development projects that involve integration with a number of other databases and systems. I use RapidWeaver on an almost daily basis, and consider it to be my secret weapon. In any case, I am still planning to release the original version of FM Publisher at some point (hopefully before the end of the summer). To make matters worse, I then got busy with client projects, and FM Publisher has been “on hold” ever since. As a result, a couple of stacks quickly turned into a dozen or more sub-stacks. However, I made the mistake of over-engineering it, by attempting to add support for forms. It was originally intended to only support publishing data that’s stored in FileMaker databases. At one point, I had the stack ready to go, and even blogged about it last June ( FM Publisher Preview ). Thanks for all of the interest in my FileMaker stack (“FM Publisher”). How great would it be to have the ability to export the code created with RW to embed it in a FileMaker web viewer and interact using the function FileMaker.PerformScriptWithOptionĪfter 1 year, it seems like the project is abandoned, I really wish you brought it home. ![]() My biggest wish though would be to have the ability to create html+css+js web pages in RapidWeaver, to be used in a FileMaker web viewer ! So imagine I want to build a custom datable, with icons custom header colors etc. For example in FormSnap by creating a custom payload would be possible if they provided a field for that, and they already have a post functionality to a webhook (the payload is fixed at the moment). Maybe instead of creating a stack that needs maintenance, you created a stack complimenting existing stacks, expanding their integrating capabilities to FileMaker. ![]() has already done great job in TotalCms, has done an amazing implementation of data tables with his Datably stack. ![]() RapidWeaver CRUD FileMaker, maybe using a form-like for fieldData and a DataTable for portalData. If anyones needs guidance on how to setup FormSnap posting form data to FileMaker, don’t hesitate to contact me. I am already doing this with FormSnap and custom post web hook, so I would not flag it as a priority. (sorted by priority ascending to create some drama) There are 3 main functionalities that I would like to see in RW for FileMaker. I am already advocating RW to be used with FileMaker, I would be highly supportive if there were RW stacks available for that.
